Practical love and support
Sharing the joys and sorrows of people's lives is one of our greatest privileges as it mirrors the love of Jesus for all those whom He met.
As a group of churches, we seek to provide practical support and loving care to everyone across our communities.
Pastoral care team
Our pastoral care team is developing fast. It particularly focuses on the following areas:
Home visits - whether at home, hospital or care home
Home communion
Meals for families with new babies, and for those who are unwell
Bereavement support
Prayer ministry (one-to-one prayer)
